What shelters one from cold nights? A home.

 

What good then is an empty property that does not serve its purpose- to give people a home. At some point of time in our investment journey, we start seeing properties as machines of passive income, so much that we forget, the very initial purpose of why properties exist. They were built to SHELTER.
