It's funny how we have evolved through lack. During the post war years in South East Asia, where there's no supply of fresh meat and vegetables, people would add chillies, curries, pork lard, into rice or porridge, just to fill their stomachs for one more day. Slowly, an oily spicy food culture emerged- very much the distinctive flavour of South East Asian Cuisine today. 

 

People adapted, they survived. Today we have everything. AND STILL WE LACK. 

 

We lack TIME- the most precious commodity of the modern day. No time to exercise, no time to eat healthy. We make excuses when we should be living in style. Make time for nature, for family and friends. Make times for games and recreation.
